Plasma Quad Technology

PLASMA QUAD filter works as an electrical barrier capable of capturing and neutralizing microscopic particles in suspension: by forming a high potential electric field and then discharging it, this air filtration system captures, inactivates viruses and removes pollutants that pass through it.

First phase:

• Generates plasma.
• Attacks mold and allergens. Inhibits viruses.
• Positively charges dust and PM2.5 suspended particles.

Second phase:

• Creates an electric field.
• Retains and traps positively charged PM2.5 dust and particles.

Tests conducted at the Microbial Testing laboratory Kobe Testing Center of QTEC - Japan Textile products Quality and Technology Center have shown that PLASMA QUAD can successfully inactivate up to 99.8% of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).

The present test was conducted in the laboratory using the PLASMA QUAD air filtration system. The results may differ from using the product equipped with PLASMA QUAD in a real environment.

The innovative PLASMA QUAD Plus filter system is the filtration system included in Kirigamine (MSZ-LN) and Plus (MSZ-AY) lines.

PLASMA QUAD CONNECT high-performance filter system is an accessory that enables high air quality due to its enviable performance.

MAC-100FT-E and PAC-SK51FT-E filters of the PLASMA QUAD CONNECT series are compatible with all wall-mounted and ducted indoor units and all 4-way 90X90 cassette units of Mitsubishi Electric current ranges, respectively, and backward compatible with many models of past series.
