Air quality is one of the main parameters for comfort. The importance of proper moisture management, bacteria and viruses find in dry environments perfect conditions for their proliferation. Their survival rate plummets with relative humidity conditions above 50%. Too humid environments, however, are ideal conditions for the multiplication ofmold and mites. Humidity control is therefore important in order to ensure the perfect relative humidity level for a healthy environment.

The precise control of the treated airflow allows LOSSNAY's sound pressure to be significantly reduced by up to 18 dB(A). All LGH-RVX3-E and LGH-RVXT3-E provide acoustic comfort that is also ideal for residential applications, libraries, offices etc.

As shown in the figurethe Lossnay exchanger consists of a structure made of special treated paper that allows the flows to cross by exchanging thermal energy between them. Thanks to the dividers separating the inlet and outlet ducts, the incoming fresh air is never mixed with the outgoing air.

The Lossnay heat exchanger achieves effective total heat exchange - temperature (sensible heat) and humidity (latent heat) - by using specially treated, moisture-permeable paper partitions that allow stale air to be expelled outside and fresh air to be brought inside without any mixing between the two.
