Energy Saving

The use of the energy-saving functions related to the use of the 3D i-see Sensor makes it possible to optimize environmental comfort while minimizing energy waste.

Presence Sensor

The presence sensor is in fact able to automatically reduce the power output in the room according to the room's crowding index.

The special ability of the new 3D i-see Sensor to determine the number of people in the environment makes it particularly advantageous in all those contexts (such as public places, restaurants, commercial offices, stores, etc..) where the number of occupants may vary significantly.

Temperature sensor

The 3D i-see Sensor is able to detect the ground temperature of the air-conditioned room so as to direct the airflow to the most disadvantaged areas of the room.

Specifically, the baffles will move to areas with high ground temperature during cooling operation and to areas with low ground temperature during heating operation.

Direct/indirect flow function

The new 3D i-see Sensor system (optional) can detect the number of people in the 'room to be air conditioned and their exact location within the room.

The user can decide, by activating the "direct/indirect" function to direct or not to direct the airflow to the areas where the presence of people is detected.

The direct/indirect function can be selected separately for each of the four baffles.

The new indoor unit manages 5 baffle positions and is equipped with the "horizontal flow" function, which allows air to be thrown that laps the ceiling (Coanda effect), thereby increasing the feeling of comfort perceived by the occupants.

More and more often the need for high height rooms leads to sacrifice the technical installation space of ceiling units (false ceiling).

In commercial and office environments due to its height of only 245 mm, the new PLFY-P VFM 4-way cassette unit turns out to be the most compact in the industry and allows the unit to be installed even in tight installation spaces.

Thanks to the low weight (max 15 kg) and thanks to the temporary grille supports (which secure the grille during fixing), the installation of the unit is faster and easier.

Thanks to the use of the new 3D Turbo Fan coupled with the DC Inverter motor, noise emissions have been reduced by 2-4 dB(A) for quieter and more comfortable air conditioning.
