MELCloud is the remote control for your Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning system.
Taking advantage of "Cloud" technology, it allows you to manage, thanks to the dedicated interface, your system.
You can use a smartphone, tablet or computer, all you need is an internet connection.

The App enables remote control of the air conditioner only after its registration and configuration. There is no risk of intrusion by third parties.

The unit equipped with MELCloud should be paired with your personal account, and after pairing it will be possible to control your air conditioner and/or your Ecodan heat pump.

With MELCloud you can directly manage or schedule your indoor units, grant limited permissions to other users (guests), monitor the status of your air conditioners, and much more.

An App developed for monitoring and managing Mitsubishi Electric systems via the cloud such as air conditioners, Ecodan heat pumps, and Lossnay ventilation systems intended for Residential and Commercial applications.

You will only need one finger to manage your air conditioning system.

MELCloud is easy to use.

You don't need more than a smartphone (a tablet or computer), an Internet connection, and the receiver (MAC-577IF-E*) equipped on your air conditioner/heat pump.

The entire air conditioning system will be at your fingertips (and voice)!

If, however, you need some help, Mitsubishi Electric comes to the rescue with tutorials dedicated to MELCloud.

MELCloud is compatible with Google Home.
Saying "Hey Google!", or "Ok Google!" gives you full control of the climate control system.

MELCloud is compatible with Amazon Alexa. You only need a word to manage, freely, your air conditioning units.

With the skills developed by Mitsubishi Electric it will be so easy to turn your air conditioner on and off, change its operating modes, check room temperatures, change set points, and much more.

MELCloud Technical Support

Specifically pay attention to the following points:

1. Check the connection to the internet.
2. In the place of installation of the interface there is sufficient wifi coverage.
3. The App in use is up to date.
4. You are accessing with recent internet browsers.
5. The response time between server and air conditioner is about 1 minute.
