Mitsubishi Electric relaunches "Let's Design the Future" from northern Italy: over 300 professionals already involved

With more than 300 professionals already trained and 12 stops throughout Italy, the new edition of "Let's Design the Future", Mitsubishi Electric's training program dedicated to young designers who are launching their careers in technical and engineering firms, restarted from Friuli-Venezia Giulia on November 12.
Launched in 2023, the project aims to create a meeting point and dialogue with the engineers and designers of tomorrow, training a new generation of experts capable of meeting the challenges of the future of design. Through a free training course spread over three days, "Let's Design the Future" offers participants the opportunity to delve into the theoretical and application basics of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioning systems, hydronic systems, and air handling solutions.
The courses, curated by Mitsubishi Electric's "Education & Training" area, will continue to tour Italy in 2025, with the goal of training the great designers of tomorrow, providing advanced and up-to-date skills in an ever-evolving industry.
"We conceived this program to offer young people a highly specialized training course, a sort of design academy," explained Gaetano Parisi, Education & Training Manager Air Conditioning Division at Mitsubishi Electric. "The goal is to provide mid- to high-level technical skills, preparing participants to operate successfully in an increasingly competitive and technologically advanced industry. With 'Let's Design the Future,' we also aim to build a solid and lasting relationship of trust with design firms, offering them qualified and prepared resources to meet the challenges of the future."
Mitsubishi Electric thus confirms itself as a strategic partner for professional growth and development in the field of plant design, investing in today's talents to ensure tomorrow's innovation.
