This will be precisely the theme of the first appointment of "TALK WITH ME": the series of meetings dedicated to sustainable air conditioning by Mitsubishi Electric scheduled starting next November 22 at 3 p.m. and which will feature the participation of Eng. Claudio Zilio, President of Aicarr. The event will be broadcast live from the company's new Vimercate headquarters and it will be possible to follow it on the Japanese group's social channels, A rich schedule of meetings with distinguished guests, opinion makers, and industry journalists to dialogue on specific topics of common interest. The changes we are witnessing must be understood and deepened in order to undertake and design a sustainable path that enhances policies, actions and achievable results.

Pathway that Mitsubishi Electric has already initiated and that underpins its mission and all its training programs. One example is "Designing the Future," the initiative reserved for young designers who are starting their professional careers within Technical Studies. The project was created with the aim of getting to know, interact, and dialogue with the technicians who are called to be the protagonists of the present but especially the future of the design world. "Let's Design the Future" consists of three days of training, free of charge, in-person, and will cover the fundamental, application and design principles of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioning systems, hydronic systems and air handling. Eighteen months after its launch, the training course has been attended by 148 technicians, divided among the seven stages organized so far: Milan, Rome, Florence, Naples, Bari, Pescara and Catania. The next appointment will be in Veneto, with itinerant venues between Vicenza and Treviso.

"Designing the Future" is part of the educational training offerings developed by Mitsubishi Electric that allows designers and installers to stay up-to-date and informed about the latest air conditioning technologies available on the market. The courses, which can be enjoyed online and in-person at the Japanese company's offices in the province of Milan and in Rome, were created with the aim of fostering product knowledge, increasing professionalism, and providing constant updates in both theory and practice on current events in the sector.

The modules meet the needs of air conditioning and heating professionals depending on the field in which they work and offer application and operational content that allows for comprehensive and progressive learning. Both introductory and advanced courses are available and are updated and implemented in relation to new products, technological developments and regulatory developments. The courses offered are five to better represent the topics of interest to professionals: residential direct expansion, residential hydronic, commercial, large systems, and industry regulations.

"Staying current means being not only competitive but also ready to adapt to the sudden changes we are witnessing. Today, more than ever, it is important to expose ourselves to every type of training offered, and it is this need that has prompted us to flank the professionalizing courses with popular expository moments that in the form of debate can offer insights,"said Gaetano Parisi Education & Training Manager Air Conditioning Division.
